No. We only need read access to your data through a release from your host. We don't need login credentials.

Do you need full access to my account?

No. You need to give us one-time access to your data by connecting our tool to your host. For Apple, you need to add our email address with the role "Analyst". We'll send you an email with exact instructions after registration.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Can the design be customized?

Yes. Starting with the Agency Package, we offer the ability to customize the PDF report design as needed. This includes colors, logo, and font. We can add or remove pages and also adjust the arrangement of individual elements.

Per podcast, we collect all data available on the respective host or platform. This includes downloads, listeners, devices, countries, cities, gender, age, podcast app, podcast client, podcast episode data, episode performance, and more.

Where is the data stored (GDPR)?

We store your data on a server in Germany. We don't use cookies and don't track users. We only store the data you provide to us. We don't share your data with third parties.

How long does it take until the first report?

After you register your podcast, it takes about 24 hours until we can collect the first data. After that, you can generate the report at any time.

Which providers do you support?

We support Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Anchor, YouTube, and Podigee. If you want to connect another host, just contact us.

Can I continue running my podcast myself?

Yes. We only need read access to your data. You can continue running your podcast yourself and we collect the data transparently in the background.

What happens when I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel the contract monthly at any time. You can also switch between packages at any time.

Can I create the report myself?

Yes. You can create the report yourself at any time and as often as you want. We've developed our own web tool that you can use at any time.

How many reports can I generate per month?
